Getting Around Tampa Bay

Airport Information

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is the closest airport to our home. The second nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE).
Alaska Airlines is our top recommendation from PDX to TPA.

PDX to Orlando offers direct options, but you will need to rent a vehicle to travel to Tampa. This would be a great option for those who plan to visit Disney while you are in Florida!

Transportation

Renting a car is the easiest way to get around Tampa Bay, but there are plenty of ride share options in the area including Uber & Lyft.

We will have a shuttle from The Current Hotel to Our Residence starting at 4:45pm on October 3rd.

Shuttles will run every 30 minutes after 7:00pm until midnight.

Weather

The beginning of October feels like the end of Summer with warm days and comfortable evenings.
